Glacier Bay 7 Day Expedition
Glacier Bay's breathtaking scenery, mountains, glaciers, geology, and wildlife will leave you screaming for more. You will explore the entire length of the Bay's east arm. You will paddle between ice flows, and come face to face with enormous icebergs. When you aren't paddling you will have a couple of days at a camp for rest, relaxation and optional hiking (encouraged). Explorations on foot give us another wondrous view of this elaborate and colorful ecosystem. You'll have opportunities to beach comb, hike and photograph the abundance of wildlife that call Glacier Bay home. You will capture sights of birds, marine mammals, and other wildlife. You may even see both black and brown (grizzly) bears. You will also be flying over the Bay in a floatplane, which gives us a bird's eye view of this World Heritage site.
